Developed over 20 years our range of cheeses now includes Blue, Brie, hard and soft cheeses using goat, sheep and cows milk and vegetarian rennet. Our products have won several medals in the World Cheese Awards since 2002. No additives or preservatives are used in cheese production so technical expertise and strict hygiene standards are essential. We also make yogurt, crème fraiche, ice cream.
