We set up in 1993 to supply some of Scotland’s best hotels and restaurants with a variety of locally caught fresh fish and shellfish available for prompt delivery. Five years later we set up a small smokehouse to satisfy demand for our naturally smoked undyed product, where hand preparation and slicing is still a key feature. As recommended by Claire Macdonald, Rick Stein, and many more top cooks and chefs.

We’re a small family run business and have been cultivating mussels for over 15 years, learning through trial, error and perseverance. Our rope-grown mussels are from Loch Eishort in Sleat, South Skye. We supply hotels, restaurants and shops.

Diver harvested King Scallops (Pecten Maximus)
We are a small family business specialising in king scallops, which are wild ranched in Loch Sligachan and harvested by diver. Our scallops have been Highly Commended in the Waitrose & The Times Small Producers Awards 2002 and 2003. While most of our scallops are sold to businesses, they are also available to the public, contact us to arrange collection (minimum order £20).

Seafood and smoked fish
Our reputation has grown over thirty years through supplying fish to our customers on the Isle of Skye and more recently through mail order. We are particularly proud of unique peat smoked salmon which has received many accolades due to its depth of flavour and colour, being smoked without additives or dyes in our traditional kilns which are packed with delicious kippers and fresh fillet. We carry a huge range of fresh seafood mainly caught by local boats fishing around Skye and the Small Isles. This we prepare with care and deliver to customers on Skye three times weekly.
